The following may help us to resolve your problem:

  1. The version of the OneCMDB you are using, see About in the Desktop.
  2. The Tomcat error message if any, see the Tomcat command window
  3. GUI screenshot if the problem is visible
  4. The piece of code causing the problem if you have identified it
